Your order will be delivered during business hours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 CET on Fridays cannot be processed until the following Monday. During certain promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the high volume of orders.

Where do you ship your products?

Cuvée Candles scented candles are shipped worldwide. Please contact us directly if you would like to ship Cuvée Candles to the rest of the world and we will find an individual solution: contact@cuveecandles.com

Can I request gift wrapping for my order?

Every order is shipped in our exclusive box with a handwritten card. You can give your order as a gift or enjoy it yourself. If you would like to attach a personal message, please fill out the appropriate field. Our team will prepare gift packaging for you including your message on a handwritten Cuvée Candles card.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your package will arrive within 3-5 days* after processing. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

*This applies to deliveries to Germany. We will coordinate delivery times for other countries and information about calculating the delivery date with you individually.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any problems, please send an email to contact@cuveecandles.com and we will help you resolve your issue.
