The soy wax is biodegradable, non-GMO, free of toxic substances and without synthetic additives. If you change your mind about your purchase, please let us know by email. We ask that you return the items to us, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase and offer an exchange, credit or full refund.

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation if the goods are faulty or misdescribed. The costs of returning an item are borne by the customer. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error. We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of postage in the event the item is lost. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance cover, particularly when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties incurred for shipping and returning items must be borne by you.
